Jeff Strunk, driving the Glenn Hyneman Keystone Racing #126 Modified had a sensational year, winning both the Grandview Speedway Track Championship and the Big Diamond Raceway Track Championship. Jeff ended the year ranked fifth out of almost 1000 NASCAR Whelen All-American Series drivers.

Down to the wire, Billy earned the 2008 Track Championship amongst some tough competition. Along the way, he won 7 features at New Egypt this season bringing his all-time New Egypt Speedway win total to 71 features.
